First sales into Singapore
|
Agency principal Sharon Ho, came across Optipouch through our website. She thought it would be ideal for her client in Singapore and the first half of the order got to her within 3 days of depatch from the UK. It was interesting setting up the transaction by e-commerce, as both our bank and Sharon's wanted to do all kinds of checks before allowing the deal to go through electronically. Frustrating but comforting in a way to see that security was an issue for the banks.
We also thank Sharon for some valuable tips which we have now adopted on the production line. (We also found that it was taking longer to pack the Optipouches than it was to sew them, so we have revamped the packing system for future orders) |
