Product improvements

 We have managed to source an excellent tiny cord toggle from YKK. Previously we had resisted using toggles as we thought they were too bulky, but this neat ultra reliable YKK item is very small. It should help smooth out delays in the production line too. We have decided to dispense with the clear plastic bag, at least for retailed items. The reasoning here is that the main selling point of Optipouch is it's look and feel, and if it's in a bag the customer can't see why Optipouch is different from any other pouch. We have designed some neat card hangers that work with the toggle to present the Optipouch in it's best light. We have also managed to find a more suitable cord for the closure device.
